On Thursday, April 4th, The Riordan Programs Alumni Association (RPAA) is proud to present the 5th Annual Los Angeles Diversity Mixer (LADM). Join over 300 professionals and recruiters from various Fortune 500 companies for a night of networking at the Westin Bonaventure in Downtown Los Angeles.
The LA Diversity Mixer functions as a unique opportunity for minority professionals across Southern California to meet and expand their networks. Proceeds will benefit the RPAA's high school mentorship program, so join us for what will be a fantastic networking event amongst peers and professionals while fundraising for a great cause!
This event has sold out 4 years in a row, with multiple attendees reporting receiving full-time job offers, sign up before it's too late.

BACKGROUND
The response for last year's event was a tremendous success. We had over 300 energetic guests who developed recruiting connections in addition to expanding their professional footprint in the industry. In fact, in previous years we have had a number of attendees receive full-time job offers from our recruiters!
CAUSE
Proceeds will benefit the Saturday Business Academy, a monthly enrichment program designed to prepare over 100 underserved Los Angeles High School students each year with the skills and academic guidance to pursue higher education and become future business leaders.

Started in 2000, the Riordan Programs Alumni Association (RPAA) provides graduates of the Riordan Programs an extension of their professional, educational and personal leadership development through collaborative efforts to develop tomorrow's leaders and serve the community. The RPAA achieves these goals through its two flagship initiatives: The Saturday Business Academy (SBA), a program designed to prepare traditionally disadvantaged and underserved high school students with the skills and academic guidance necessary to become future business leaders. And, through the annual Diversity MBA Admissions Conference (DMAC), held every summer where the nation’s top business schools seek to recruit talented candidates from underrepresented backgrounds.
